Find Your Calm © is an online program designed to help you find your inner calm by connecting with yourself and with nature.


Three nature and art lovers are coming together to share with you the joy of being #onewithnature. We are: Anisha, a yoga teacher, Vaishnavi, an art therapy practitioner and life coach, and Manya, an artist who specializes in natural colours and dyes. 


WHY NOW?

This program is meant to be an inner journey and reunion with self and nature to find your calm. It’s already within you!

Finding our calm in the midst of chaos is the ultimate act of self-care that we need right now! If self-care sounds tough, you’re not alone. We want to make it doable, enjoyable and soothing. 

Think of this daily commitment to self-care as a dose of love from you, to you! You deserve it.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

By connecting with nature, we connect with our (inner) true nature. We will connect with self and nature by getting in touch with the Five Elements of Nature (earth, fire, water, air, ether), progressively through the 8 days. 

We will use breath, our hands working with natural materials, colour explorations, expressive art (process, not perfection!), visualizations and guided meditations, to aid us in this journey home to ourselves. To Find Your Calm.

 

FIND YOUR CALM & HELP OTHERS

As you take care of yourself, you can also help those in crisis. All of the proceeds from this program (minus taxes) will go towards our COVID Relief Fund. We are creating a pool of funds to donate to Hemkunt Foundation and Mission Oxygen - providing oxygen to those affected by COVID-19.



WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

Anyone who loves nature and loves expressing themselves creatively, and could use a dose of calm right now! This program isn’t just for “creative” people. We are all innately creative and can find - no, create - our own sense of calm from within.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDES

Anisha Dhanuka

Anisha is a Yoga teacher in the tradition of Sri Krishnamacharya, studied under Smt Saraswathi Vasudevan of YogaVahini. 

She combines her experiences as a teacher of art, craft, yoga and chanting to help students find their calm. She has worked closely with children of different backgrounds helping them build on mental and emotional capabilities. In addition, she has worked in Vidyanjali, a school for children with learning disabilities. She has also conducted various art camps for children with Down Syndrome, Autism and ADHD.



Vaishnavi Viswanathan

Vaishnavi is a vagabond by heart and loves to explore life to the fullest. She has been an art therapy practitioner for 10 years, Life Coach for 8 years and Certified Forest Therapy practitioner for 4 years. Through her organization, Nature Connections, she has facilitated Nature walks for over 200+ people in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and Mauritius.

She combines her knowledge from Psychology, Philosophy, Nature, Ancient wisdom and Art therapy to provide a space for others to dive deep within to discover their authentic nature in and with nature. 


Manya Cherabuddi

Manya is a nature lover, artist and life-longer experimenter. She loves working with natural materials to create colours and use them in food, art, textiles and just about every aspect of life. She enjoys sharing this magical experience with others through her workshops and consulting services. 


Manya has taught 3000+ people about natural colours, including school children, fashion designers, design students, researchers and artisans. For Manya, natural dyeing is a mindset. A way of living and creating in harmony with nature.
